Ripoff

I cancelled my service in feb. 2005 because I got DSL and 2 monts later I get an email from them that they are charging my account 10.95. When I called they told me that they didn't cancel they had given me a month free. When I told them I deleted people pc from my computer they told me oh well, where is my cancellation #. I couldn't find it.

The next day when I found the # and called them back they said I would know in 7 to 10 days if they were going to credit me or not. That was today, I will update in 7 to 10 days and let everyone know.
