Started charges to my card that was on file 3 months after cancelation not authorized

Netzero ripoff warning. When i had netzero the service was poor. It was suppose to have pop up blocks, they dont work. The connection mgr kept changing the phone line so we would have to pay toll charges because the local line was busy so it automatically switched to another line? Canceled service completely in november. All the sudden they start charging my bank account again in march, because they had a card on file. They said it was for mail service, but i do not have ther so called mail service, i canceled in november? These people are foriegn cannot understand them and i think they are malnourished from a lack of beef it seems to affect their ability to explain themselves in english. There the type of people that ripoff the innocent, to start charging your bank account again because most people will not notice the 9.99 charge. How many people let them get away with this 100,000 at 9.99. I would like that in my bank account. Do not deal with netzero!!!
