Ripoff Offensive customer service

Over 8 weeks and still no refund on returned merchandise! Upon calling to inquire and expressing my concern over the length of time it was taking I was confronted with hostile attitude and profanity.
For the record. I reported them to the California Better Business Bureau where their rating is an 'F' - the worst possible due to previous complaints.
