Pcsforall.com ripoff stole my money with no contract chesapeake virginia

I've contacted FIA about the shipment of my computer and they told me that I have to send a contract to actually start the shipment.

I received the contract today and after reading all the complaints here will cancel my contract today.

In the actual contract, it says that they will START taking 77.98 TWICE every month, starting on the 17th of JAN (WHICH IS next week), BUT they have already started taking money out of my account since 1 DEC!!!

I want to file against them also, and I will call the FBI victims unit. The question I have is, " shouldnt I get my money faster becuase I havent signed anything yet?
