Dishonest fraudulent billing

I was lured into believing that i could get a computer and save money, but i learned otherwise. The company advertise that you would pay on a lay away and that a computer would be shipped out to you after all paperwork was turned in.

During my initial interview process the price was never discussed until after i foolishly gave my checking account information to them. I told him that i changed my mind and that i did not want the computer again after adding up all the costs i told him i would come out better and cheaper by going to wal mart putting one on lay away.

They told me that no money could be taken out of my account until they received a signed contract. When the contract arrived i never signed it i shredded it again i did not agree to the terms. This was in june money started coming out of my account like clock work. I have made numerous phone calls and they keep placing me on hold and ignoring my complaints.

Just recently in march after i did speak with someone in march i checked my acct the next day and they debited money out of my account and turned around on march 9 and attempted to take another payment out the account. I feel that i am being robbed because i don't have a computer and i am paying for a product i do not have.

I will do whatever it takes because it has alomost been a year. I have consulted legal representation and i will contact the virginia better business bureau and state's attorney office.
