We like others have paid off our computer and are still waiting! Keep getting run around Ripoff

We applied for the computer to reestablish credit. We were promised the computer by 9/18. I filed a complaint with the Consumer Protection Division of our State. They have written to the company and I received a letter stating that my computer would be delivered in 10-14 days. Well that has come and gone.
I received an email stating Dell was having problems with their Flat screens and has suspened all shipments and, that they don't know when the shipment will be processed. So I am writing this and a letter to the Consumer Protection Division. To let them know that this company is nothing but liars. Also one of their email addresses that I have for contact can't be contacted. It reverts to some other website that has nothing to do with this company.
To tell you the truth I think they use consumer money to buy the computers for their own company. And when they have enough maybe they'll send the people who ordered computers theirs. Before I contacted the Consumer Protection Division I did call Dell and ask if Financing Alternatives Inc. Had a contract with them buying computers. They told me they only dealt with another company and had never heard of this one or blue hippo or any other company name they may use. Also they changed their paperwork for statements and also for their contract. It no longer states that after so many paymenst you are eligible to receive your computer before the last payment. And the contract reads as if you have your computer on layaway. Which means until you pay it off you don't receive it. Only thing is after pay it off like I did you still don't receive it. My contract I signed did not read as the new contract states. And as many complaints as I see their not scared of us retaliating. Not even from a Consumer Protection Division.
