I am providing photos for all of you to see about Financing Alternatives. I will keep this short and sweet. These are actual scanned documents from Financing Alternatives on their "legal contract" and invoice for a 700 dollar dell laptop. Read this and I am certain you will think twice about doing business with financing alternatives.

The first document is the laway agreement. It says they will debit money from my account for the amounts specified and the dates specified.in a few documents also shown on this page, you will see the actual contract is on the invoice. Now I didn't sign this contract, so why is Financing Alternatives deducting money from my account if I haven't even received my contract in the mail to go over and sign. Proof that they automatically take money out before you legally agree to the terms of the contract, and if you don't like the terms, it states in the contract there is a NO REFUND POLICY. So right there they are taking money from you before your even getting the contract in the mail. Here is the layaway agreement:

Now on to the invoice. Here you can clearly see the price of the computer before shipping. Now what kind of laptop can you get for 2266.48?? A damn good one I can be certain. You can get a top of the line Tablet PC with at least 1 GB of memory, widesceen, and the lastest technology. This particular computer on the invoice sells for about 600 to 700 dollars through Dell. Also you see the signature line? That is where you sign if you agree to the terms of the sale. You sign this and you are legally binded to the contract. Proof that I didn't sign the contract but they still took money out of my account.By the time they stall on sending this paperwork to you, a month has passed.By then you read the contract, and you don't agree to the bothersome terms, and you can't even get your money back. How can that be possible if you didn't even sign the contract. No where does it state in the contract that you don't get your money back if you don't sign the contract (therefore your not legally bound to the contract) so you should get your money back. Proof of their tricker and scam in operation.

Now to the bogus rebate letter. It says that if you refer someone, Financing Alternatives will pay you 50 dollars. Now this is bogus because the terms of that are: if the customer successfully completes the prescribed payments then you are entitled to the 50 dollars. So by the time the customer you referred pays everything off, it's been a year or more. Therefore, your done with your payments (this is what they are counting on) and they can easily stall paying you, or even go as far as to say they don't have to pay you because your not a customer anymore.

And last but not least, these two brocures describe Financing Alternatives charity contributions and the missions values of Financing Alternatives. Although, these brocures pose no real significant evidence of their wrong doing, I find it very interesting that a company who constantly lags on customer skills, and scams people, would even be capable of this kind of good. I think they put that in the paperwork to make you believe they are a real do good company. Get a laugh over this one. I hope this is informative enough for you to see that Financing Alternatives is just a crooks and scam artist company bent on making extra money.

They only care about their quotas. Please use extreme caution when doing business with this company. If you do business with this company (think of it like this: If your money is your life, then if you deal with FInancing Alternatives, you might as well be handeling a Brazilian Wandering Spider (Bananna spider to some) (guiness book of world records as the most poisonous spider in the world!) it will bite you furiously several times in aggression and even jumping at you. It will kill you 80% of the time. Thereby, killing you, they are taking your life; or your money. Thanks for your time.
