Ripoff best buy

I bought nero software at best buy. It was on sale. I got home and decided i didn't need it. So i took it back to best buy with receipt and tryed to get my money back. They told me no that it had been open. I did not open it in any way. Said well we can't take it back. I was mad. I said ok how about instore credit or exchange it for something else. They said no. So i suggust never to buy anything at best buy unless you want to be riped off.
