Nero.com is a rip-off you will not get support it took two weeks to get someone to respond and they told me what the faq said.

Nero.com will not work with Windows Vista it may work for a few days but that is it. I have nero on my computer now and it will not work i have tried several ways to take it off but it will not. So it is a useless icon stuck on my computer

Nero.com ripped me off 79.00 and told me that i would not have a problem with Vista Lies Nero.com is a rip-off
