No answer, No Refund, No nothing

I bought a 1 Year membership at this place downloaded their software and could not get it working. Could not open the other things I was to get also. Tryed for days and got fed up with it. I then tryed to get my money back. E-mailed and got no reply. So I counted it as a loss untill I seen this place.
