Thinking I would save time ordering Christmas presents online, I decided to use ABC. I wish I had read the other usacomplaints.com first, I never would have counted on them to deliver. It is now 20 days since my order was suppose to be shipped and 11 days before Christmas... No packages. I now no I will have to go out to the malls and buy all the presents I thought I would get conveniently in the mail. Of course I cant cancel anything because I cant contact them! I wont be accepting any packages or paying any shipping either! I hope no one else uses this company... Take the time to research first!
