Did not deliver product ordered on dec. 12/20/03, it is now 02/14/04 products for christmas for my children 6 and 9 years old

This Company has yet to deliver my children thier christmas presents and it is now february 14! I have called the company at least 9 times and usually put on hold for over 20 minutes which I can prove. I am a licensed private investigator in the state of florida and can not believe the excuses they give me every time I call. I have every name and employee number and date and time i made thes calls.
Cant anything be done about this horrible company? My Children still are waiting for thier christmas presents? Can you believe it?
