I also was duped by this scam. I ordered 2 Snuggies and supposedly got 2 free. After $144, I figured they were good Christmas presents for 3 people and I'd keep one. Well, Christmas is two days away and I have no presents for my nieces, and the one for my son is not here. He's been talking about this thing since he first saw it on TV. I just found out all of it has been backordered. I now have no gifts for my nieces and have to go out and find something quickly today with absolutely no thought going into the gifts. And what do I do with 4 Snuggies in January or February or whenever they decide to send them? I tried calling the 800 number and you get two seconds of music before it automatically disconnects. I wish I had read usacomplaints.com before I ordered them... And now off to complain about Bendaroos which also is not arriving by Christmas!
