Customer service TERRIBLE! And DSL is SLOW

I have been with AT&T for about 7 years and never EVER did I hear anyone getting charged OVER for HOME internet. For the past 5 months I have been overcharged for my home internet. My bill came anywhere from $70 - $100 I also have cellphone with them dont have problems with that but the DSL side of AT&T is just Terrible.
When ever I called about a problem with billing or the slow speed. I have been transferred over from one person to the next 4-8 times a call. When I called to cancel my service i was transferred over about 9 times. It was a terrible experience the way they treat they customers. They just dont care enough because they are a bigger company so one less customer is nothing to them. But judging by the rest of the reviews its gonna be a lot more in the future.
