Time Warner Cable Internet Service? Just Terrible

Honestly, never thought i could get such a horrible service and be expected to pay so much for it. Random charges on my bill that don't make sense and HORRIBLE internet. My husband and I have called so many times I've lost count and every time it's the same thing. "We're sorry you are having problems, we'll have someone out in your area sometime next week." I have had people in and out of my home 4 times in the last two months, just for my internet alone. Even as i type this, I can't connect to my own internet and i have to borrow internet from someone else. If i could switch to another provider I would do it immediately, but lucky you, you're the only cable/internet in my area. Almost would rather have nothing at all than pay for your bull shit of a "service" anymore Time Warner. Fix these problems and treat your customers like people, not a number! :[
