Hughesnet Is Terrible

I have Hughesnet satellite internet because nothing else is available in this area (Benton Harbor, MI) except dial up. It is incredibly slow and the service is terrible! I tried many times to pay my bill on line and it wouldn't let me, saying I'm not authorized (although it lists me as the account and has my credit card on file!!!) I finally contacted someone (that took an hour) and they agreed to send a paper bill for a $5 monthly charge. UNBELIEVABLE! They are billing me for billing me! Oh, and did I mention that their service is more expensive than any other high speed service I've used before? Also, if you terminate before your 2 year contract, they charge you up to $400. Save yourself the hassle. Go elsewhere for your internet service.
