Charged my credit cards for $399.00... Now, no answer for service. Which was to be for several years

I contacted them from an ad online (Microsoft) to see why my computer was not acting right. They told me it was in bad shape, lots of infections. They could fix and give me several years of service for $399.00. I tried to contact them; no answer.
