Linux support - Magic Jack

I used to use Skype but it kept dropping calls and it costs a lot more than magicjack. I have used it for a couple of years now and it works pretty well. My complaint is they promised linux support in the first quarter of 2010 and that time has passed almost a month ago. I want to use my mj on my linux computer since it is so much more reliable than windows. Their customer service keeps saying it is coming "soon" but I think the real answer is never. There are workarounds to get it to work with linux but that requires virtual windows and I would need another windows license for that. They should either get on the ball and get it linux supported or just tell the truth and say it will never happen.
