I was referred to this company by a computer supplier's support division. I had an almost identical experience to the report written 10/22 about Virtual PC support. This company basically extorted me to buy a package costing $299.99 for a two year service contract that would be 24/7,365 days. I finally gave in out of desperation. They also spent over an hour going through my computer checking for security breeches and making so-called changes.

I had told them that I did not need to have this done but they went ahead anyway. They made some changes that I did not request. Now when I call for help, all I get is busy signal no matter what time I call. The phone number I received, when googled, is the same for many such support companies.

I fear that they are not only a fraud, but am concerned that they had full access to my computer when they were messing around.
