Ripoff Internet based investigative company took my money and gave no information Internet

After reviewing this company's web site and their guarantee (no hit, no fee), I ordered a Residential Toll Call Report on someone's home phone, and even gave them the carrier's name. A few days later, I was told there were no call on the monthly bill and therefore no information for me. They said it must be an unlimited calling plan.

Since I know the subject had a 7 cent per minute calling plan for all calls inside the state, the calls must be itemized on the bill to verify the costs. The subject had no idea I was doing this and had no reason to lie about their calling plan. They have never lied to me in their life!

The company then said they would check back three months. A couple days later they told me there were no calls for all three months. I advised them of the above and asked for a refund. They refused.

I feel ripped off due to the fact that I knew the plan, paid the money in good faith and received nothing but excuses. I guess they know that it is hard for their customers to prove them wrong without a physical copy of a bill, so they can just tell all of them that there were no calls, too bad.

I feel that Intelligent e-Commerce, Inc. Aka iinfosearch.com is not a reputable company to deal with.
