Refund Ripoff

What a huge ripoff this internet mafia of a company is. They promise 100% satisfaction but when you ask for them to resolve the problem all you get is the runaround, false statements, false promises and when you want a refund, they say no, they cannot do that but you can have a Gift Card. I am raising the BS flag on Amazon.
