I am so tired of dealing with these people. I never get someone who speaks clear English so I keep having to hang up and call back until I get someone that I can semi understand. I never get the same answer from these folks twice in a row. Being on hold for 52 minutes before I have contact with a human is terrible. All I want to be able to do is ask a question about my bill and I have to go through the whole gauntlet of questions. Again I never get the same answer twice!!! Can you sense my frustration today! And I go through this each month because I don't get an invoice sent to me I have to log on which at times is a feat all of it's own! Grrrr
