They will bill you more than they promised
They will tell you they will send you an email explaining situation and they dont
you call customer service and nobody speaks english
they will tell you they will fix problem and they dont
they will tell you they are charging your credit card and you can log into hughesnet to see for how much - then they say they don't recognize you as a customer
you can sign in using your SAn number and they don't recognize
You can sign in to hughesnet email and they don't recognize you
You will wait for 40 minutes on the phone and they will LIE TO YOU, tell you they will email you and dont. Time after time after time after time
they will lock you into a 24 month contract
their internet speed EVEN WITH GEN 4 is slower than dialup
you can not play games
you can barely pull up email
THE WORST INTERNET SERVICE, THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE WORST FOR BILLING, LIARS, SCAM ARTISTS AND the regulatory commission sits on its ass and does nothing
