Ripoff from the start, can't reach a human much less one who speaks english

Called in to order the 3G broadban service, person on the phone spoke english, very polite, did not give correct information. I.E. You can call and get the signature removed for delivery... If you have any problems or do not want the service you have 30 days to return for a refund... It will only take 3-5 day for delivery... The online ordering dept. Is only dept. That speaks english that you can understand, the tech. Dept doesn't not speak english and will try to argue with you that they do... Problems oh yes this gets to the good part. You have 30 days to return... The catch is, you have to obtain a RA # in order to return the product... Can't do it at the local store no way that would be easy... Well have I received the modem on Tuesday afternoon, installed what was needed... Which took forever over 30 minutes which should have been a red flag to begin with...
Started calling 1-866-384-4425 to get the, "holy" RA#... Was on hold long enough that the music stopped... Tried again, same day Thursday... Again on hold for 30 still no answer. Tried on Friday. 3 times for a total of 2 1/2 hours with no answer... Saturday, tried off and on a total of 6 times with NO answer for about 3 hours total, then comes Monday... Tired of trying the same old number. Called the online service number to see, you know just maybe might get somewhere... Oh no... They gave me 866-900 2758, that is where I spoke to a human who did not speak english... Said he did but in reality he didn't and argued that he did... And he hung up on me... Not good.
Then called the online service number, again very nice person who spoke english answered... Ask to speak with a supervisor... Said he couldn't help me that I would have to call the dreaded # for the RA#, after I made my case about the number never being answered he provided me with a number he assured me would help and someone would answer... 866-922-6157... That my friends is to a fax machine... And no, there was not a human there to pick up the receiver to tell me that again I would have to call yet another number.
I have $152.00 worth of useless product that doesn't work, nobody to answer the phone and after driving to 2 separate locations to have contact face to face with someone... Only to be told that they can't help me either... Even when there are bright green words above the door that spell out Cricket... They can't help... There is not a way to contact by email either... Nothing is monitored... Yet they can send out mass emails bragging on how wonderful their product is... Bs
