Worst mail order service I have ever used!

I was trying to get a new script filled. I was running low and I discovered if I did mail-order that I would save money and not have to refill as often. SO I paid for fast shipping for it to get there AND paid for two day shipping for it to come to me. They received my script on a Wednesday and then Friday NIGHT they fax my doctor because they 'can't read the dosage strength'. So finally Monday they call with this robot telling me my script is held up. Doctor sends back the fax and I call Caremark that evening and they said they would mail it out immediately (this is after I tell them I ran out of my medication). It's now Thursday and I still haven't seen my script via FedEx. Also, their provided routing number comes up with nothing for tracking. Such BS!!! Why pay for two day shipping if it's not shipped in two days?! On top of it all... They charge a hold on your account for the full amount when they get the order THEN charge your account again for the same amount and you have to sit and wait days for the first hold to come back to your account!!! The worst mail order service I have ever used!
