CAREMARK Mail service harrasment - CVS/CAREMARK MAIL SERVICE

On October 1 requested an immediate refill that required new prescription from the doctor, which it was immediately remitted to CVS/CAREMARK Mail Service. The medicine was deliver today after 37 days and shipped UPD Ground that UPS up to 7 days to deliver. All medicines previously shipped have been USMAIL. This is not first time delivery problem but it seems that I have been selected to be harrassed.
