Showed free samples, pay ship, &handle they even called to sell more, got billed $75.00 dollars on credit card

This co. Said sample for just one dollar just pay ship & handle [ 3.00]. On next bill [ credit card] i was charged 76.00 dollars, they even called to see if i would purchase other products. I said no called them they said i had one week to send back additional product they sent. I did not, i did not know this.
