CVS Caremark
No help, useless

This insurance coverage is terrible. Talked to a personnel and quoted me something cheaper but when my prescription was filled it was triple the cost. Spoke to the manager (Jaime) and told me they would research this and let me know within 48 hours. Heard nothing after a week. My doctor faxed them my prescription and they filled it right away, without even giving me the option to go to the website to fill it myself or when I needed it. So now I have 6 mo worth of medicine that I won't even use. I will no longer use them as my maintenance prescription filler anymore. Useless, no help at all. No HELP what so ever.
