Caremark Mail in Pharmacy

It seems I'm not the only one complaining about Caremark mail in. Every one is so nice and gives you all the information only to find out that they don't know what they are talking about. I have been running around, calling, an emailing to find out about a medication my husband was to start and all I get is this running around and nothing accomplished. I never had a problem with the other mail in pharmacy service. Why did they have to change?
