CVS Caremark
No More

My husband's insurance switched his mail order pharmacy to CVS Caremark in Jan. I wasn't informed of this until I ordered from the old pharmacy and got a letter informing us of the change. I re-ordered the medication from CVS, weeks went by... No meds. My husband is on quite a few meds and it was running low. (With the old pharmacy meds arrived within a week of ordering.) I called CVS and am told they are waiting on the doctor to call the insurance company for verification. Any pharmacy I have ever dealt with has call the insurance company, NOT the doctor. We are now entering the 2nd week of March and the medication still has not arrived. We are opting out of mail order and going back to retail. I will pick up his med each month rather than have to deal with this pitiful excuse for a pharmacy.
