Liquid glutathione scam! Paid for product i never recieved

I placed my order at 8:15 am on 4/4/12&the site specifically indicated that they ship same day if orders are placed by 4pm EST (mine was placed at 10:15 am EST).

My order confirmation also stated "... Orders are shipped the same business day if placed online by 4:00 PM EST". I have yet to receive the product and have not received delivery confirmation from the company in 5 days.

I called USPS on Saturday, 4/7 and they indicated delivery time for a First Class package from FL to CO would take at most 3 business days (meaning delivery on 4/6 or 4/7).

I tried calling the company's customer service, but the phones are not answered on Friday 4/6 nor today 4/9 during the company's posted times of operation. All phone mailboxes are marked "full" and I am not able to leave a message. Both my e-mail requests have not been returned after a month of trying to contact this company.
