Deceptive Trade Practices. Unauthorized Charging of Credit/Debit Card. Unwillingness to give Refund. NEW YORK or Georgia

About a 45 days ago I ordered a "FREE" Trial. I paid $18.80 for this so called free trial. The box arrived sometime thereafter. I have not opened it or used the product as I still have other stuff I am using. Anyhow... 45 days after my card was first charged for the $18.80 I get another charge for $119.80.

I immediately call the 888-217-5259 number. They try to give me this line that I authorized the extra charge by not calling or returning the unused product. I expressed how pissed off I was... They offered to refund 25%... I said not good enough and hung up... I called my Bank to block the charge... Have to go sign paperwork for the dispute...

I called Right Size Smoothie 888-217-5259 number again... Could hear a bunch of other phones ringing (must be people calling to cancel or that are all as pissed as me)... Lady Melissa (Employee ID 4959) tells me that I am an idiot for not reading the crap they sent. Tells me she can refund 50%... Not good enough...

Told her I would be visiting their New York location next time I am in town. She accuses me of threatening her... And basically hangs up... Oh not comfortable meeting people in person? Hmm that's odd... Hide behind some nonsense mumbo jumbo... Talk to me in a condesending patronizing manner? Try to charge me $138.60 for two containers of some nonsense?

Call Right Size Smoothie 888-217-5259 for a third time... This time Lisa (Employee ID #4023) answers... She offers me 33% refund... Tell her not good enough and point out that Melissa offered 50%. Told her not gonna be good enough.

I will be paying them a visit and getting at least $140 entertainment out of Lisa and Melissa... Lesson they need to learn is Empathy... Treat others the way you want to be treated and don't hide behind a phone... I will find you... (I have my ways...)
