Ordered a $1 trial size product, then about 3 weeks later i started getting billed $38.95

I ordered a $1 trial size product. Then a couple of days later I called to cancel the order and was told they couldn't cancel, even though the product had not been sent out. I then told them to cancel the "membership" and they said they couldn't do that either.

About 3 weeks later i noticed an attempt to try to charge my prepaid debit card for $38.95, which was denied. Then about 1 week later i saw another attempt.

I called them to day, 7/21/08, and was told they were going to continue to bill me until I paid the $38.95. I told them they can try but the prepaid debit card had no more money on it and there wasn't going to be any added.
I said I ordered a trial size, not the full size product, nor had i recieved a full size and therfore was not paying for it.

When I told them I was going to report them to a ripoff agency, they hung up on me.
