Queen Nails & Spa (next to Sweetbay) Provided eyelash extensions - eyelashes created a horrible allergic reaction

On Friday, April 27 I went to Queen Nail's nail salon. It took approximately 30 minutes to complete the eyelash exensions. The following day, my eyelids trippled in size with large dark swollen purple circles under my eyes.By Sunday, the problem was even worse. I went to talk to the salon to show them what the eyelashes had done to my face.

The so called owner of the salon, a man named Sunni - refused to refund my money and began to tell me that I must have eaten something that made me sick and that at any rate, I signed a waiver excusing the salon from any liability. His lack of customer service and professionalism was astounding. I will never return to that salon again and believe that the artisans employed are a danger to my community.
