He is doing the same thing to me!

So I went in the other day to get a smoothie as someone from school told me they were good smoothies. First the man spoke very bad english and I did not understand much of what he said. He went on and on about somekind of card. I remember never agreeing to purchase this card and thought he was only charging me for the smoothie and I remember glancing upwards to look at the price, there was not one there. Or maybe I did not look hard enough but I defiantly don't remember being told that I was charges $96.00. I do remember him talking way to much and me finding him a little creepy. Also he never mentioned the amount I was being charged. Than he had me write my name on this card and continued to tell me that I get free smoothies. I was very confused so I insited on telling him just how confused I was and demanding he give the card I signed back. At first I thought he was trying to steal my identity because he asked me questions on where I lived and what I did where I lived. Just creepy questions that people normally don't ask.

It has been two days and I got the transaction in my bank account stating that I spent $96.00 at this smoothie place. I will be going to the bank asap to file a disputed charge. I was at first going to go to this smoothie place and ask for a refund but now that I read this I will not. I will also be printing this out for the bank to read as well so that they know that this has not just happend to me. Thank you for posting this as it has given me hope that I might get my money back.
