I requested the merchandise early December (several little containers of answer along with a comb) for my spouse like a Holiday present. She and that I are equally seniors. Nearly 70.

After I offered the present to my spouse she believed it had been humorous – trust me she doesn't have acme.

Soon after that people obtained another bundle of one's items. I called our organization and described that used to do not purchase something apart from the initial deal.

The telephone person for Proactiv requested me easily popped the 2nd bundle. I responded that used to do not start the bundle. I had been directed to deal with the bundle back again to Proactiv and that I could be acknowledged for that return. I shipped the 2nd unopened Proactiv bundle from our regional USPS email service for your organization handle.

On January 10 after talking with another consultant about the telephone I obtained the e-mail from Proactiv resolved in my experience and displaying “Account Termination Confirmed”. *A copy mounted on this fax.

I've never obtained credit $19.95 for that next bundle. To create things worse you've charged my charge card again on Feb 23 for $19.95 a complete overcharge of $39.90.

After I called today March 09 at night your telephone owner recommended me he didn't observe any statement in my experience for Feb. Attached is just a content of my charge card payment displaying the $19.95 on February 23rd.

I'll wait 7 days in the day of the fax and paperwork delivered to you.in case your organization hasn't conveyed in my experience written down concerning the proper credit and also the quantity of that credit I'll find a answer.
