Unauthorized charges

Proactiv began shipping containers to us in May. We believed these were examples. The place within the cover claims 'not really a bill'. My partner got them towards the regional senior school. Then following the 4th cargo, we named and discovered our charge card have been charged $133.97. The product was never requested.

My husband and that I are retirement and not experienced acne and also have no kids in the home. Proactiv statements we requested the merchandise on the particular day - which been my birthday and we weren't actually around. Appears to be an overall total deceptive exercise - perhaps somebody gets a fee for putting requests? No concept but be really cautious of the organization.
