Stole a large sum of money for an Orde

We are a large supplier of Superfoods and do business with many companies. We placed an order with Big Tree Farms for almost 10K. They took the money saying our order was ready to ship.

Once the check was cashed, they emailed and claimed the Cacao Bean had an FDA hold. Because they lied to us, we asked for a refund. They claimed that the refund was on the way, but it never came. It has been about 6 months now, and the check still has not arrived.

We have since found out that many of our competitors will not work with them either because of similar dealings. One company claimed that they sent them moldy beans.
