Bad Customer Service & Refund Policy

Don't order from the corporation... The very first pine I purchased appeared like a stay with no-growth. I patiently waited for this to shoot up also it never did. It got another month to obtain a substitute tree that we needed to spend extra delivery for (cracks on me I suppose). The 2nd tree arrived wilted and didnt make it both. I sent them again plus they stated:

"I'm really sorry, but according to our 90-Morning Replacement Assurance and our Terms Of Service, we are able to just provide substitutes onetime. I'm really sorry that the alternative tree didn't make it. Thanks again for the company"

And So I am out $45 bucks having a handful of stays... Dont spend your own time or cash here. Purchase from another cheaper, more trustworthy website that's a great reimbursement plan.

I'm not likely to quit... I'm likely to keep in touch with my charge card business about getting them back for several this chaos.

I'd to pay for delivery to get a substitute tree w/d the very first one died... Then your second one died plus they stated they'll not return or change it again...
