(Lateral Thigh Trainer) sends broken product, has no sense of customer service, and doesn't reply on e-mails. Rip-off!

After receiving a broken Lateral Thigh Trainer from the mail, I called the customer service hotline and reported the situation. After being on hold for nearly 20 minutes, they asked me if I had internet access and suggested that next time it'll be easier to get a hold of them there. I was told that a "return label" was going to mailed to me and a replacement will be sent after they receive the broken product.
3 weeks later, I still don't have the "return label". I then e-mailed them since they said it was easier to get a hold of them there, but again no response after so many e-mails. This company does not know what "customer service" means. I finally received the "return label" and immediately shipped the product and 4 weeks later, still no replacement!
I then figured, forget the stupid replacement! I just want my money back now! I made several calls to request for a refund and not surprisingly, I still have not been credited. This company is a FRAUD! Other consumers out there, please BEWARE!
