Ripoff placed order in March, received broken product, sent back, told to wait 4 weeks! Wilingsworth

In March I ordered the lateral thigh trainer via phone after watching the infomercial, gave account info, told I will receive product within 10-15 business days

21 days pass and the product arrives... Broken!!!

Sent it back. I was told a new one will be shipped out immediatly and it will take only 7-10 days.

18 days pass, I call, told they are on back order and I have to wait 4 more weeks!

I asked to cancel the freakin' order and give me my money back.

I was then told the money will get credited to the account once the broken one is received... Go figure!
