Sent Us a Broken Bed - The Replacement (after 4 months) was the wrong bed

We ordered a crib in late and when the product was finally delivered, one of the railings was broken. We had a hard time getting in touch with their customer service personnel as calls usually went to voicemail. Finally we were able to talk to someone and were told that the replacement part would not be ready until early which was fine because we didn't need the bed right away.
Again when the time came for the replacement part to be shipped, we had a hard time getting a hold of anyone at SimplyBabyFurniture.com. Once we did actually get the replacement shipped to us, it was not just a replacement part, but an entire new bed, BUT it was the wrong one. So now we have a bed that is broken, and another one that we don't want.
This experience has been horrible as their customer service is close to nonexistent and no one seems to know what they are doing.
