Ripoff it DID NOT show that I was enrolled in managed care.in fact you could check the box saying NO

I went to their website after seeing ads on TV. No where did it show that I was enrolled in managed care.in fact you could check the box saying NO.

On March 27, I receive shipment in mail for product I didn't want. Called the number and was told to bad I didn't call sooner and would have to pay for it.

Spoke to supervisor who was very rude and stated he would mark my account as no refund and would not cancel. After I told him I would contact Attorney General he hung up on me.

I still don't know if the account it cancelled but I am calling again today and calling my credit card compay.
