Avlimil & Managed Care Direct
Ripoff, unauthorized charge to my debit card, very misleading product and it doesnt even work!

Well sad to say I was ripped of by this company called Avlimil and managed care direct which is the same thing, talk about false advertising offering something for free only to be charged without my knowledge.

Does any company ever mean exactly what they say? I wasn't aware I was enrolled for "free" to managed care direct which is not free at all it cost me 65.00 plus shipping, it was not only shipped before the month was over the product itself doesn't even work.

To top things off I was billed and never recieved the product now I have to call and argue this also. So don't order the free sample from this company believe me it's far from free
