Credit Card Fraud and Avlimil

Consumers across the nation are magically losing money after ordering a free sample of Avlimil. Beware of this scam!!! You may be left less aroused with less money.

No matter how hard you try, or how far you read between the lines, you will be charged for your free sample as well as automatically enrolled in a "Managed Care Direct" program, where they charge your card every month and send you a new supply. Even if you specified that you did not want to be a part of this program. Funny how they can boast a 91% reorder rate. Some people complain that only 14 days will go by before they get charged again.

It would be easily understandable if there was a glitch in Avlimil's order system and you were accidentaly charged. However, this is not the case. Avlimil's website clearly states if you would like to be enrolled in this program or not, and most people choose not to because they want to make sure the product will work on them first. Also, when ordering over the phone, the representative asks two or three times if you would like to be enrolled in the program so the consumer's answer is obviously stated one way or the other. They are doing every thing to get your money and to make sure it keeps on coming.

And don't even think that you are going to have an easy road in canceling your credit card or getting your money back. If you are fortunate enough to get ahold of a customer service representative, you are in no way getting a refund. They tell you to throw the product away instead of sending it back. Well, that's deception number two. To dispute the charges with your credit card company, the only way that you will have any success is if you return the package back to the sender. Let's hope you didn't take the customer service representative's advice because if a product is sent back and not possessed by you, Avlimil cannot keep both the returned product and the $35 charge.

It is sad that this company will scam people on their most imtimate issues. They take advantage of desperate people. Avlimil keeps changing it's face just like it keeps changing it's website.
