On November 7 I became a member of Lady Fitness of America at the Mayaguez Mall. After 3 days like the contract said I cancelled the membership (or at lest thought so). Then 4 months later they still billing me monthly.

I went to the Mayaguez Mall LFOA and askes for the manager (who is never there or at least everytime I go asking for her) and when I explained the situation the girl who attended me told me that she called to the States and that they have told her that it was going to take a while. I left her again copies of my credit cards statements and request for change or deletion.

I decided to called to the States at the financial office they told me that they did not have received any information about me and that I should sent it by fax and I did so.

I went there again (to the gym) and the manager was not there. I called DACO, the agency in charge of rip offs and consumer department and they informed me that I have to send an explanatory letter to the gym and in 10 days if I did not receivec any answer I could filled a complaint.

No one has called me to let me know if they received the documentation or thta the cancelation of my contarct is in progress a great contrast when I visited them for the first time and called me everyday.

By the way I cancelled my contract because the classes started later than it was estipulated, the "instructors" spoke with other "instructors" while in class. It seems that they did know what they were doing. They attended the counter and then gave the class. They are very unprofessional.
