Maryland Lady Of America, Fitness Center ripoff, dishonest, rude, immature, unproffesional procedures, fraudulent billing Glen Burnie

I sign up for exercise class two years ago. My contract ended Feb 1st but the company still withdraw club fees from my account. I called the Glen Burnie office and was told that the contract has a renewable clause. I told the person that there was no type of notification sent to me and I was not aware of that clause, (since I was at work the contract was not there in front of me) and I don't have the contract with me. The person stated that they was not going to refund my money and at that time I asked to speak to a manager. I was told that I was speaking to the manager and there was no one else to speak to. The person also told me that I need not become upset because all I had to do was to put my request to withdraw in writing. I put the information in writing and also my consern that a letter of notification should be written. The person, still no name replied that I should re-read the contract and because I didn't submit my request within 30 days that I will be charged another fee for March. This was not told to me at during the phone conversation. Also, the person threaten to tell me that if I withhold the March's fee that I will be reported to collections.
