Ripoff, scam, never got product and they won't refund!

I filed one report already but since then I have found out that BT-LTD.com is simply a credit card processing co. They are not at fault. I got a phone number from BT-LTD.com for the original diet patch.
When I call the number it tells me all representatives are busy and to plese hold. My longest holding time is 1 hour and 16 minutes and still did not get to talk to anyone!
I cancelled my "membership" several weeks ago but just noticed today that they have shipped and charged another order... That comes to about $100 these freaks have taken from me.
Looks like I am goingt o have to cancel my credit card. What a hassle!!
