Rude and ineeficient customer service

I Should state that earlier i believed that outsourcing customer support brokers (occasionally) were rude and not capable of supplying an excellent centered support particularly in health. But after speaking with customer support brokers the following within this nation it made me believe Humana is deplorable and horrible plus much more worse in customer support than these outsourcing customer support brokers from different nations. They often overlook that Clients would be the cause they have their WORKis and therefore are ready to pay for their EXPENSES PROMPTLY. Never in my own expierence I've observed the client service company being so deplorable... What happened to the once customer-centric emphasis plan has it died down... in previous ten years... Disgrace humana... Employ right people... Throwing you as my helth care company and obtaining happy of one's stincky inventory...
