I acquired a HumanaOne plan and right after it began I had been informed I needed back surgery. Humana explained it had been covered, and Humana informed the physician it had been covered. I'd the surgery. Today Humana has DIDN'T protect it. They'll not state why and they'll not provide me one to keep in touch with about this. This can charge me significantly more than $20,000 in clinic and physician charges. Humana weighs up one me after I contact about this. Easily request somebody in control, they set me on-hold for half an hour or even more after which hang-up on me. This type of person scumbags and liars and secrets. Avoid humana one. They've ruined my life.
